so true sarah about energy shifting once it is witnessed…instead of being aware of my thoughts , I am now aware of my energy/feelings, and hence shifting back to presence is a lot easier

I like what your saying here,I try to talk to m mum about things like blocking and she has great sheng fui ,so I try to tell her to stay open because this is a particularly great quality.In a mother son relationship it is one of my favorite qualities I like about her.I also hug trees but I have my reasons!
