		<description>The best way to heal auto-immune disease is to go back to our natural biological diets - a low fat raw vegan lifestyle, this is the least acidic diet known to humans because it is the way we are best adapted to. Take out the meat, dairy and grains and suddenly all ailments disappear.  I have cured acne, candida imbalance, chronic fatigue syndrome, disordered eating and suicidal depression by addressing my physiological requirements of adequate nutrition, sleep, water, sunshine and exercise.  My diet now includes breakfast of a whole 8kg watermelon, 12 banana smoothie for lunch, 1 litre of orange juice for entree and a main of a big salad with 4 or 5 mangoes!
