Love finding happy people who radiate true joy in living a healthy lifestyle that creates mental and emotional wellness along with the physical, in dealing with things such as AI and many related things including Hashimotos. I like when you talk about thyriody or when “I’m also a little challenged by the idea of taking good care of myself (I forget and burn out very easily)” I so get that.
