Just a quick note to let you know I’m sharing my I Quit Sugar message at the Low Carb Down Under Sydney event this Saturday, if you’re keen to hear me harp on a little more about it all! Hi Sarah, I’m something of a lurker on your blog, but I just wanted to thank you for coming to LowCarb Down Under in Sydney, and sharing your journey and your thoughts with us all. It was great to see you and hear you in person; I felt like it gives me a better “voice” for your blog posts, if that makes sense?
I’ve been reading your blog for about 6-8 months since I found it while doing some research about sugar-free stuff. (I’ve been sugar free (and wheat free) for about a year and a half – did wonders for my health in so many ways!) I enjoy a great many of your posts, and your outlook on life, and the thoughtful way in which you present things.
Anyway, I’m just rambling, but I just really wanted to thank you for coming to the conference.
